sayonara 2008

finally, we meet the last day of the very remarkable 2008. it has been a long duration since my last update on the 'trip to wet world podeh'. it was a busy duration for me. a lot of things need to be settled up. among the rest was preparation for my sister big day.

on this last post for this year, i try to recapitulate (recap) what i went through for this 2008.

January
as usual, every new year, people will always set a new goal, wish & etc. but for myself, no goal was setting up. i just wanna 'execute' this year as a my normal previous year.

February
this month, two thing happened - my mom's birthday and i was celebrating my 6 years of working life. both event was held in the same date. it will be the memorable date every for me and 'mak'.

March
LOMOI was about 7 months in her mother womb. 2 more months to go..!

April
Nothing happened in this month.. hahahaha.. April Fool..! Happy birthday sayang..! InsyaAllah, we will be remain as a best couple n parents to LOMOI and his 'brothers' & 'sisters'.

May
The months that i will remember for the rest of my life. LOMOI was born on 04th day of May. even he was born by 'tingkap' not the normal way, i was a happy person in my life. the 40 hours non-sleep was felt nothing when first time i saw him. Welcome to this lovely world my dear son. May you always be a soleh son to WALID & BONDA and an obidient slave to Allah.

June
last months of my company financial year. very busy months esp. for finance staffs. it was the month for all the bosses evaluated the staff prior giving the increment and bonus.

July
here come the new responsibilities and new 'figure' in my working life. big challenge ahead for me..! chaiyok..chaiyok..! people always said - rezeki anak isteri. :D

August.
Happy National Day 2008.

September
Bonus time..! hehehe.. alhamdulillah, thanks to Yang Maha Esa for the rezeki given to me and my family. with the rezeki, a home is waiting for us next year. InsyaAllah. here came Ramadhan 1429H. this year was not a good Ramadhan for me. i have to 'replace' 3 days. due to what? let me keep it as my own secret. ;)

A lot of thing happened this month but i can't really remember the best one to put here. aarrgghh.. sign of aging dear..! actually, this month, abah celebrating his 65 years old. i proud to be your son abah..!

December
Happy birthday to me..! 10 years for life to begin. my sister big day was held this month. this was our family last wedding event. a very remarkable wedding ever and the 'siram air' event was so much fun (first time ever held in our family wedding event). i was also get caught by my big cousin with syrup concentration and soap ..yarrkks..! but it was so fun ever. on behalf of my family, i would like to thank all the relatives and friends for helping my family organised this last wedding event. Thank you so much..!
Alhamdullilah, 1430H was arrived on 29 December 2008.

I wish all of you, Salam Maal Hirah 1430H and Happy New Year 2009. May this 1430H and 2009 will bring more good faith to all of us.

trip to wet world podeh (pedas)

last long holiday, my jelebu family, BONDA, LOMOI and i went to wet world pedas (podeh in n9 dialect). this wet world is 'rebranding' from the old kolam air panas pedas.

on 6.12, around 3.30 pm we started our journey from jelebu to pedas. it took about 1 hour journey to pedas. we put lomoi inside his car seat and he was just sleeping along the way until pedas. right after we reached the wet world, LOMOI woke up as he seemed knew that the fun time has arrived.

we still put LOMOI in the car seat and brought the seat to the nearby pool. the entrance fees was RM 84 (8 adults and 2 kids, LOMOI is still free. ;p ). to differentiate between adult and kid is by 'height'. more than 135cm is catogerised as adult. quite rare for me but it was something new. The operation hours is until 7 pm. it also has a night hot spa from 7pm to 10 pm.

i found the natural hot pool is awesome and best..! it contains a lot of mineral and there was a signboard of the mineral composition nearby the pool. Among the rest, calcium is having the high % (if i'm not mistaken).

we had a good time in cold and natural hot pool even it was raining (gerimis or ngobeh in n9 dialect). the only thing that i regret is we less took picture. even picture at any 'wet world signboard' we also forgot. it's ok, i'll come again to have a good n relax time at the natural hot pool.

nak mandi tapi tak siap..

hari ini saya mencipta lagi satu sejarah dalam hidup saya. memandikan LOMOI untuk kali kedua sepanjang 7 bulan ini..! heheehe..

BONDA takder sbb pergi pasar ngan nenek & mak ngah, sbb besokkan nak raya. BONDA betul2 bersemangat nak g pasar n meminta saya menjaga LOMOI. secara tetiba saya merasakan ader satu semangat datang kat saya untuk memandikan LOMOI. selepas saya sediakan air ‘rawatan’ mengikut sukatan yang betul, saya tukarkan baju dia, ambik tuala lilit badan dia n bawa dia ke dapur. mak teh cam terperanjat saya nak mandikan LOMOI (BONDA sememangnya tak tahu la saya nak mandikan LOMOI).

satu kesukaan LOMOI ialah main air..! setiap kali mandi, mmg LOMOI suka ‘menepuk’ air guna kaki dia. waktu saya mandikan tadi, LOMOI tetap buat perkara kesukaan dia, sampai susah nak angkat dia sbb dia mesti pegang kuat-kuat besen tu. kuatnya tangan LOMOI..! (climber in the making,.. :D )

bila selesai mandi, ketika saya nak pakaikan baju LOMOI, baru saya perasan, alamak..! saya terlupa nak buat persediaan awal tadi.. baju tak ambik, segala macam minyak tak ambik. LOMOI lak merengek dan nak menangis. apa lagi, kelam kabut la saya cari minyak, baju, maka secara automatiknya ‘parenting skill’ saya pun kuar lah! hehehehe..

mak andak jadi pemerhati, bila dia tgk keadaan agak ‘kurang’ terkawal, dia pun menghulurkan bantuan menyiapkan LOMOI. saya pun rasa cam lega sikit la, ader gak org yang simpati pada ‘bapa tunggal pagi ini’ ini. hehehe..

saya cuba tenangkan LOMOI dengan memberi susu, rupa-rupa nya, dia nangis sbb dia haus. maka hari ini, sambil LOMOI bersiap, dia minum susu. bagus, 2 dalam 1. barulah efisyen! dengan bantuan mak andak, LOMOI berjaya di’transform’kan dari baby yang agak masam kepada baby yg wangi n kenyang. terima kasih mak andak..!

tak lama lepas tu, BONDA balik dari pasar, dia agak terperanjat tgk LOMOI dah siap mandi n berada di dalam ‘walker’ (hari ini jugak hari berserajah buat LOMOI, sbb dia pertama kali dia menaiki ‘walker’ walaupun ‘walker’ pinjam. :p )

dan hari ini juga saya menerima ucapan tahniah dari BONDA di depan ahli keluarga jelebu..! (hinsshhh..hinsssh..)

happy b'day miss sagi..!

today is LOMOI's ibu 26th birthday. We (WALID, BONDA & LOMOI) wish HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO IBU. May Allah bless ibu always. May ibu get married soonest possible. hehehe. be a good ibu to LOMOI. :D
