Leadership or ladder-ship?

i try to thinking something out of the box on how we wanna manage people either your boss, your peer, your subordinate, your family and your surrounding. talking about leadership and managing, everyone has their own opinion about it.

for me, it's really a big deal to manage people and be a good leader. a freind of mine always said, as a 'khalifah', we have to be and act like 'khalifah'. but i'm not certain with what khalifah really means to him. only he knows what khalifah means to him. i trust most of the people know about what is 'khalifah' all about.

i try to be a good khalifah to BONDA, LOMOI, my family, my office mate, my friend. Until this article is written, if i made any mistakes with you guys, i seek an apologise deepest from my heart. i'll try my best to deliver what i should i deliver. and as a human, i know that i exteremly expose to 'mistake' and tendency to do it is always there. i hope after this, we can run what we should run in dry runnnn..
